About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn ideas into well-crafted products.
What You'll Do
- •Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products
- •Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- •Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the design lifecycle
- •Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
- •Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency and scalability
- •Present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- •2-4 years of experience as a Product / UX / UI Designer
- •Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and product thinking
- •Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- •Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- •Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- •Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams
- •Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
- •Basic understanding of front-end development constraints
